Payment for all coaching services or programs is due upfront unless we’ve agreed on a different plan.For subscriptions or payment plans, payments will be processed automatically according to your chosen plan.

b. Refunds

We put a lot of love and care into what we offer, and because of the personal nature of coaching, we don’t offer refunds once services have started. If you’re unsure whether coaching is right for you, reach out before purchasing—we’re happy to chat and answer your questions.If a refund policy applies to a specific program, it will be clearly outlined before you sign up.

c. Missed Sessions

We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions without prior notice may not be refunded or rescheduled.We’re here to work with you, so let us know if you’re running into challenges—we’re flexible and want to help you stay on track.
